At the end of last term 22 members of Heathlands choir took part in the Colchester Schools' Music Festival. This involved singing a number of "Showstopper"  songs along with 18 other schools and a solo number which they performed very well.

Heathlands has the particular honour of providing the event with narrators who provide the continuity between the songs and the vote of thanks at the end. Many thanks go to Daisy, Libby, Olivia and Summer who were outstanding in this role.

Thank you too, to Mrs Hartley who came on the day, gave up her evening to come and conduct the choir's solo number and who has given the choir her tireless support this year. Look out for our next performance at the Village fayre on Saturday June 13th!
