Heathlands PTA is a dedicated small group of parents and teaching staff who work together to raise the much needed funds for our school. We organise 4 large events and many small events over the year and on average raise between £16,00 - £19,000 per year. Every penny we raise goes straight back into our school, providing our children with unique experiences, resources and equipment that ordinarily they would go without.
Minutes of PTA Meetings
We are so excited to continue and build on the excellent work that has already funded so many fabulous resources for our children.
With your help we can make this happen! We’re extremely lucky to have so many valuable supporters and members of staff who support our events and without your help our events wouldn’t be possible! However, we always welcome new ideas so if you’d like to get more involved we’d love to hear from you. Please grab us at the gate or join our PTA Facebook page (Heathlands PTA).
The PTA is made up of four elected members Jo Hunt, Gav Perkins (Treasurer), Lauren Harding – Payne, and Claire Angel with Fiona Singh recently putting herself forward as Vice Chair.
Chair: Jo Hunt
Hello I’m Jo. This is my little family, I’m married to hubby David and we have two beautiful girls. Abigail is 6, she started Heathlands in September (2FT). Faye has just turned 2 and has become my little helper and is becoming rather popular with the children.
I come from a background of presenting, sales & training however since having a family I’m a full-time mum whilst studying. I’m so happy to be working with an amazing set of parents and teachers to raise as much as possible for our little ones and really make a difference.
