Heathlands C of E Primary School is seeking an excellent administrator to carry out its admissions, welfare and attendance functions. The role is for 37 hours per week, term time plus one week.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Attendance and Admissions officer to provide high-quality and effective support to our pupils, their families and the School. The role is an exciting and varied one, requiring the postholder to provide a high level of support to our pupils and families to minimise barriers to attendance. You will also be expected to carry out all admissions related functions, as well as administrative tasks related to welfare, such as the administration of medication.
You will:

- Have experience of operating administrative and general office systems
- Ideally have previous experience of working within a School office environment, including use of the admissions and attendance functions within SIMs

Midday Assistants Vacancies
Scale 2 - Points 2-3 £20,441 - £20,812 pro rata
Heathlands are looking to appoint Midday Assistants on a permanent basis. The positions are for an hour and a quarter daily, term time only.
The successful candidates will:
Have excellent communication skills
Have some experience of working with children with SEND
Show initiative
Be committed to supporting children in their learning
